The invention relates to a flower bucket for transporting flowers, comprising a container and a water-control device. The water-control device is designed to keep the layer of water in the container. The water-control device of the flower bucket is attachable to the container by means of a click-fit connection. The water-control device comprises an insertion part which can be pushed into the internal space of the container. The insertion part comprises a funnel-shaped wall part for forming a water barrier. The insertion part of the water-control device comprises a click-fit member which is positioned on an outer wall of the insertion part. When the flower bucket is in the assembled state, the insertion part is positioned in the internal space of the container. The upright wall of the container has a complementary click-fit member which is positioned in an upper inner wall part of the upright wall in order to bring about a click-fit connection between the water-control device and the container.
