PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel system for dyeing, without entailing shortcomings of extant bleaching methods, keratinous matters, specifically human keratin fibers, above all hairs, while bestowing brightening effects thereon and to provide, put in further detail regarding one objective of the present invention, a system for direct coloring capable of bestowing brightening effects on keratin fibers of naturally or artificially dark colors so as to sustain such effects without damaging keratin fibers or compromising concomitant beautifying properties and even after subsequent shampooing and rinsing.SOLUTION: Disclosed by the present invention are a dyeing composition including a fluorescent disulfide dye and a keratin fiber (dyeing + brightening) method using the same composition. A novel fluorescent disulfide dye and the use thereof for brightening keratinous matters are also disclosed by the present invention.
