PURPOSE: An optical coherent tomography monitoring microscope is provided to simultaneously supply an optical coherent tomography image and a surface image in the same sample position by irradiating light to the same sample position as a micrograph providing unit through a sample path part. CONSTITUTION: A sample is located on a sample holder(100). A micrograph providing unit(200) includes a first object lens(220), a beam splitter(240), and an eye lens(260). An optical coherent tomography image providing unit includes an optical coupler, a reference path part, a sample path part(320), an optical detector(360), a signal processing unit, and an image output unit. The sample path part includes a dichroic mirror(322), a collimator, a light path changing unit(326), and a second object lens(328). The optical detector detects an interference signal of signal light and reference light combined from the optical coupler.본 발명은 광단층 모니터링 현미경에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광단층 모니터링 현미경은, 샘플대 정면으로부터 제1 대물렌즈, 빔스플리터(beam splitter) 및 접안렌즈가 순차적으로 배치되고, 제1 광원에서 발생된 제1 광을 이용하여 상기 샘플의 표면 이미지를 제공하는 현미경 이미지 제공부； 및 제2 광원에서 발생된 제2 광을, 제1 빛살 및 제2 빛살로 분배하여 각각 기준 미러 및 샘플로 인가하되, 상기 제2 빛살이 상기 제1 광과 동일한 샘플 위치로 인가되도록 경로를 유도하고, 상기 기준미러 및 상기 샘플에서 각각 반사된 기준빛(Reference beam) 및 신호빛(Signal beam)의 간섭신호를 이용하여 광단층(Optical Coherent Tomography) 이미지를 생성한 후, 상기 현미경 이미지 제공부의 빔스플리터로 제공하는 OCT 이미지 제공부；를 구비하고, 상기 OCT 이미지 제공부는 상기 샘플의 표면이미지와 동일한 위치의 OCT 이미지를 생성하여 상기 현미경 이미지 제공부의 빔스플리터로 제공하고, 상기 현미경 이미지 제공부는 상기 빔스플리터를 통해 상기 OCT 이미지 제공부로부터 OCT 이미지가 제공되는 경우, 상기 샘플의 표면 이미지와 OCT 이미지를 동시에 상기 접안렌즈로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
