The present invention provides a device for sterilizing and drying a towel using ultraviolet rays and air. The device radiates the ultraviolet rays and blows the air from both sides to sterilize and dry the towel. The device is configured in a sliding manner not to occupy a large space. The device is opened to hang the towel during use and operates.
