The determination unit determines a first region and a second region, the first region being a portion of a first fundus image acquired by performing autofluorescence imaging on a fundus of an eye to be inspected, the second region being a portion of a second fundus image acquired by performing autofluorescence imaging on the fundus at a time different from that of the first fundus image and being at a position corresponding to the first region. The changing unit changes a gradation of at least one of the first and second fundus images on the basis of pixel values of the first and second regions.
