The image generating unit is configured to generate images in a time series on the basis of a result of a scan performed on a scan region. The specifying unit is configured to specify the position of a moving member included in the scan region, with respect to each of the images in the time series. The obtaining unit is configured to obtain movement information of the moving member on the basis of the positions of the moving member and to obtain a moment of first or higher order related to the movement information of the moving member, with respect to at least a part of the scan region.
