PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can detect the bone surface and articular cavity region highly accurately without pattern matching in an ultrasonic image obtained by imaging a joint portion.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises a component specification part which detects one or more characteristic lines from an ultrasonic image by associating a first specific pixel whose pixel position in the second direction is N (N is an integer equal to or greater than 1) with a second specific pixel whose pixel position in the second direction is N+1 when the luminance of the second specific pixel is larger and the first specific pixel and the second specific pixel come close to each other in the case where the depth direction of a subject substantially vertical to the subject surface is defined as the first direction and the direction orthogonal to the first direction is defined as the second direction in the ultrasonic image, specifies which characteristic line indicates the boundary between the components on the basis of the order in the first direction of the characteristic lines, and specifies a pixel portion indicated by the boundary of each component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】関節部位を撮像した超音波画像において、パターンマッチングを行わず、高精度に骨表面と関節腔領域を検出可能な超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波画像において、被検体表面と略垂直な被検体の深さ方向を第1方向、第1方向と直交する方向を第2方向としたとき、第2方向の画素位置がN(Nは1以上の整数)である第1特定画素と、第2方向の画素位置がN+1である第2特定画素とを、第2特定画素の輝度が大きく、かつ、第1特定画素と第2特定画素とが近接する場合に関連付けることを第2方向の全ての画素位置で行うことにより超音波画像から1以上の特徴線を検出し、構成要素間の境界を特徴線のいずれが示しているかを当該特徴線の前記第1方向における順序に基づいて特定し、各構成要素の境界の示す画素部分を特定する構成要素特定部を備える超音波診断装置であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
