The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solid cosmetic preparation of water-in-oil type emulsification having a relatively high internal-aqueous-phase proportion (about 40% or higher), the cosmetic preparation being a makeup which has an excellent hiding effect and gives a natural finish and which is stable and has satisfactory applicability. The present invention relates to a solid cosmetic preparation of water-in-oil type emulsification characterized by comprising (A) at least one fatty acid glyceryl ester selected from the group consisting of glyceryl isostearate, poly(2-glyceryl) diisostearate, and glyceryl oleate, (B) an aqueous component, (C) an oily component, and (D) a powdery component, the oily component (C) comprising a solid oil (C1) and an oil-soluble film former (C2) and the powdery component (D) comprising titanium oxide (D1) having a primary-particle diameter of 0.05-0.5 [mu]m in an amount of 10 mass% or more relative to the whole cosmetic preparation and further containing a pearl pigment (D2).本發明之目的在於提供一種彩妝用化妝料，其係內水相比相對較高(約40%以上)之油中水型乳化固形化妝料，且其隱蔽效果優異並且妝容自然，而且穩定且使用性亦良好。本發明係關於一種油中水型乳化固形化妝料，其特徵在於含有：(A)選自由異硬脂酸甘油酯、二異硬脂酸聚甘油酯-2、及油酸甘油酯所組成之群中之至少一種脂肪酸甘油酯；(B)水性成分；(C)油性成分；及(D)粉末成分；且上述(C)油性成分包含(C1)固形油分及(C2)油溶性皮膜劑，上述(D)粉末成分包含相對於化妝料總量而為10質量%以上之(D1)一次粒徑為0.05～0.5 μm之氧化鈦，進而包含(D2)珍珠顏料。
