The present invention comprises ground contouring apparatus such as a leveller(531) forconnection to a vehicle such an excavator or skid-steer loader. A travellingcarriage (503,504, 505) is pivotably attached (506) to part of the accessory body portion(502) at a pointlower than the centre of gravity of said travelling carriage. The mainaccessory body portion(521) may include a blade, rotating toothed drum, or other ground workingaccessory. Theaccessory body portion (521)(203) can be attached to a body mount portion (4)by a seriesof linkages (205, 206, 207) allowing at least relative vertical displacementbetween saidportions (203) (4).
