Disclosed are a band type smart thermometer, a customized body temperature management system using the same, and a method thereof. The band type smart thermometer includes: a body unit； a band which is formed to be worn on a body part of a user by being extended from both sides of the body unit； and a temperature sensor which measures the current temperature of the user. The temperature sensor is installed in an in-mold wire structure which is processed with wire by being integrated with the inside of the band in a state separated from the body unit in order to constantly keep in contact with the skin surface of a user. The customized body temperature management system includes: the band type smart thermometer； and a mobile device which sets a reference body temperature pattern of a user by executing an application for temperature management, determines an abnormal state by comparing the current temperature pattern received periodically from the band type smart thermometer with the reference body temperature pattern, and generates an alarm event if an abnormal state is determined.
