The present invention relates to a smart body temperature patch and a smart body temperature patch system using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a smart body temperature patch for checking a round-the-clock body temperature change of a wearer in real time through a smartphone application by comprising: a body portion attached to the body of the wearer and including a temperature sensor portion for measuring the body temperature； an attachment portion including an attachment member on a rear surface of the body portion； a communication portion transmitting information on the measured body temperature and identification information to a separate terminal； and a power supply portion supplying power.본 발명은 스마트 체온 패치 및 이를 이용한 스마트 체온 패치 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 착용자의 신체에 부착되어 체온을 측정하는 온도센서부를 포함하는 본체부； 상기 본체부의 후면에 부착 부재를 포함하는 부착부； 상기 측정된 체온 정보 및 상기 식별 정보를 별도의 단말로 전송하는 통신부； 및 전원을 공급하는 전원부를 포함하여 상기 착용자의 24시간 체온의 변화를 스마트폰 앱을 통해서 실시간으로 체크하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 체온 패치 및 이를 이용한 스마트 체온 패치 시스템에 관한 것이다.
