<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a care receiver to naturally stand up in such a way as close to the way assisted by a care taker. <;P>;SOLUTION: In using the device, the periphery of the lower part of the back near the waist of the care receiver 90 and the periphery of the coccyx of the care receiver 90 in the seated posture are wrapped in slings 91 and 92 to be attached to an arm 12 via belts 93 and 94. At the time, the belt 94 is attached more loosely than the belt 93. Next, an actuator 16 is actuated, and the arm 12 is tilted in the direction leaving the care receiver 90, when the upper half body of the care receiver 90 takes a forward-bent posture, and the buttocks move forward. At the time, the shins of the care receiver 90 are tilted forward with the knees moving to sink, and a pad 42 energized by a spring 48 retreats to sink according to the movement of the knees. As a result, the upper halves of the shins are received by the pad 42. As the arm 12 is further tilted, the care receiver 90 applies part of the weight of the care receiver himself/herself to the pad 42, so that the care receiver 90 can stand up while retaining the forward-bent posture. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
