A catheter assembly comprising a catheter end a catheter tip disposed at an end thereof an expandable device located near the end of the catheter restrictive element extending around at least a portion of the expandable device for the reversible retaining of the expandable device in a limited condition suitable for endoluminal delivery device and having a movable section which in the first state extends over at least part of the device and at least over a portion of the catheter tip for closing the gap between them, and in the second state it is located at a distance from katetera.2 tip.
