PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a radiation image indicating an object without increasing the dose of radiation to be emitted to the object in a radiographic image processing method.SOLUTION: The radiation image 11 for input composed of an object image 11H indicating an object 1P and a part specifying image 11C indicating the boundary Pc of a specified part Px in the object 1P and the other part Po is prepared for each of the plurality of objects 1P of the same kind, the radiation image 33 for a teacher which emphatically indicates the specified part Px of the object image 11H is prepared for each of the respective objects 1P by the radiography of the object 1P, and a teacher learning completed filter 40 for which learning is performed with the radiation image 11 for the input as an object and the radiation image 33 for the teacher as the teacher is obtained. Thereafter, the radiation image 21 of the same kind as the radiation image 11 for the input prepared for a given object 3P is inputted to the teacher learning completed filter 40, and the radiation image 60 whose image quality degradation is compensated and which emphasizes the specified part Px is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線画像処理方法において、被写体に照射する放射線の線量を増大させることなく、上記被写体を表す放射線画像の品質を高める。【解決手段】複数の同種の被写体1P毎に、被写体1Pを表す被写体画像11H、および被写体1P中の特定の部位Pxと他の部位Poとの境界Pcを表す部位特定画像11Cからなる入力用放射線画像11を用意し、被写体1Pの放射線撮影により、被写体画像11Hの特定の部位Pxを強調して表す教師用放射線画像33を各被写体1P毎に用意し、上記入力用放射線画像11を対象とし、教師用放射線画像33を教師として学習させた教師学習済フィルタ40を得る。その後、与えられた被写体3Pについて作成した入力用放射線画像11と同種の放射線画像21を教師学習済フィルタ40に入力して、画質劣化が補償され特定の部位Pxが強調されてなる放射線画像60を形成する。【選択図】図1
