PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency by forming the cutting device for rolled sushi to be low in height and compact, in such a way that a long roll of sushi supplied to a lower part is quickly raised along an arc of a circle to be quickly cut into a plurality of short rolls of sushi.SOLUTION: The cutting device for rolled sushi includes a horizontally reciprocating rotary shaft 2 journaled at a rear lower part of a case 1, forward-directed elevating rotary arms 4 and 4 provided at lower edges of irregular flanges 3 and 3 provided at both ends of the shaft 2, and sushi roll receptacle 5 provided on a horizontal connecting rod 4 provided at forward ends of the arms 4 and 4, with a plurality of cutting blade passage gaps 5 at a constant interval on the receptacle 5. Lower ends of a connecting rod 6 for action are pivotally supported by pivotal support pins 7 to upper end projections 3 and 3 of the irregular flanges 3 and 3, with the pivotal support pin 7 supported in an arc-shaped guide hole 8 provided in the case 1 can be reciprocate and slide. Horizontal shafts 12 at both ends of a base part connecting rod 12a of a plurality of rolled sushi cutting blades 9 are pivotally supported to the case 1 above the sushi roll receptacle 5.
