This invention provides a stand-up assisting device, which comprises a base, a lifting mechanism, and a fastening unit. In which, the base stands on the ground and the lifting mechanism is disposed on the base. The lifting mechanism may move back and forth along a lifting direction. The fastening unit is connected to the lifting mechanism to be linked therewith and is used for being fastened with the user's body. The extension line of the lifting direction is not perpendicular to the ground. Thus, the stand-up assisting device of this invention is convenient for the user to operate and may assist the user to switch between standing posture and sitting posture naturally.本發明係提供一種起身輔助裝置，包含基座、升降機構以及固定單元。基座立於地面，升降機構則設於基座。升降機構沿著一升降方向往復移動。固定單元連接升降機構而受其連動，且固定單元供固定於使用者之肢體。前述升降方向之延伸線與地面不垂直。藉此，本發明之起身輔助裝置可方便使用者隨身操作，並輔助使用者自然地切換站姿與坐姿。
