PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding block used for a flower arrangement which allows for a person to easily enjoy a flower arrangement, while having a simple constitution, and can be used as a rehabilitation for people with low exercise capacity and physical strength, especially such as a physically handicapped person and an elderly person.SOLUTION: The holding block for the flower arrangement comprises only a water absorbing material, is used for the flower arrangement, and has a cylindrical shape having a bottom surface, an upper surface and a side surface.
