An apparatus for treatment of a patient with both sleep-disordered breathing and diabetes includes: a blower configured to provide a supply of air at positive pressure a patient interface headgear to hold the patient interface in position in communication with a patients airways at least one hypoglycemia sensor an alarm and a controller, wherein the controller is programmed to receive a signal from the at least one hypoglycemia detector, analyze the signal for indications of hypoglycemia and upon detection of an indication of hypoglycemia trigger the alarm.
