There is provided a light treatment device (1). The device (1) comprises a carrier (11) having an opening (5) for positioning over and viewing a treatment area and a light emitter (6) for providing treatment light to the treatment area. There is also provided an attachment (3) for attaching the carrier to a patient. The device is useful as the opening can be positioned over an area where light therapy is desired, whilst viewing the area, and then held in position with the attachment. Light therapy can then be administered to the area and treatment of areas where light therapy is not desired can be avoided.L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de la lumière (1). Le dispositif (1) comporte un support (11) ayant une ouverture (5) à positionner sur une région de traitement et pour la visualiser, et un émetteur de lumière (6) pour fournir une lumière de traitement à la région de traitement. L'invention concerne également une accessoire (3) pour fixer le support à un patient. Le dispositif est utile étant donné que l'ouverture peut être positionnée sur une région où une luminothérapie est souhaitée, tout en visualisant la région, puis peut être maintenue en position avec l'accessoire. La luminothérapie peut ensuite être administrée à la région et le traitement des régions, où la luminothérapie n'est pas souhaitée, peut être évité.
