The bone fixing system 1 comprises: an implant 2 to be disposed inside a body for the purpose of bone fixing； a surgical tool 3 equipped with a coupling part 31 constituted so as to allow for coupling to the implant 2； and an attachment tool 22 to be attached removably in the implant 2. The surgical tool 3, in a coupled state to the implant 2, is configured such that the attachment tool 22, which is either attached to the implant 2 or held in a position where attachment is possible, can be fitted between the coupling part 31 and the implant 2.
