PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tablet with superior mechanical strength and excellent oral cavity disintegration, the tablet being able to be printed for excellent discrimination, in order to reduce malpractice risks in a medical site.SOLUTION: A tablet manufacturing method comprises compressing coated particles sprayed with aqueous dispersion comprising a water-soluble additive agent, poorly water soluble additive agent, or insoluble additive agent onto a surface of a particle containing a drug.
