PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating a negative ion, the device that can be used in a bath in a household and that is useful for health and beautification by activating "somatids" of the human body.SOLUTION: Air is applied to a mineral housing device 1 containing an ion ball 13 for which tourmaline ore, obsidian and a phosphate mineral are mixed, with a generated negative ion neutralized in oxygen and hot water in a bath.
