PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To undo leaves of a head-forming vegetable apart and remove the stem core thereof.SOLUTION: A cylindrical cutter (4) is pushed in from the periphery of the stem core (80) exposed at the bottom of the head-forming vegetable (8) toward the center of a head (81), and cutting is performed to make a round of the stem, thereby cutting the connection between the stem and the leaf.
