The present invention provides a method of treating an inflammatory disease or condition, particularly an inflammatory lung disorder, associated with or partially related to elevated levels of IL-33 and IL-4. The methods of the invention comprise administering one or more therapeutically effective doses of an IL-33 antagonist, alone or in combination with one or more therapeutically effective doses of an IL-4R antagonist, to a subject in need thereof.
