The present invention relates to a medical abdominal belt, which comprises: a band including a pair of pressing bands for pressing a lumbar vertebra by wrapping around the waist, and a connecting band opened to accommodate one end of the pressing band a hard connection plate including a plurality of hooks disposed in a row on the connecting band, and a connecting string movably connected to the hooks and an adjusting plate by which the connecting string is adjusted in an appropriate length, and which is detached from and attached onto the pressing band to finely adjust pressure applied on the lumbar vertebra.
