The present invention relates to a tube-type xylitol gum which ensures time-dependent stability for release and has a semi-solid form capable of preventing tooth decay. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the tube-type gum maintains flowability even after a certain amount of time, and is well released out, thereby allowing a user to easily squeeze the same to eat. Owing to the time-dependent stability for the release, the xylitol gum of the present invention can last long up to 18 months while sealed after the production.본 발명은 충치를 예방할 수 있는 반고형상의 자일리톨 껌이되, 토출에 대한 경시 안정성을 갖는 튜브 타입의 자일리톨 껌 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 튜브 타입 껌은 시간이 경과하여도 흐름성이 유지되기에 토출이 잘 되어 소비자가 용이하게 짜먹을 수 있으며, 이러한 토출에 대한 경시안정성을 갖기에 제조 후 밀봉된 상태에서 18 개월까지 취식이 가능하다.
