PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product-broiling device capable of forming a burnt mark on a surface of a food product with desired broiling degree even handled by an unskilled person, preventing the food product from absorbing the smell of a heat source when forming the burnt mark for keeping the quality of the food product high, and adjusting the degree of broiling depending on a food product type.SOLUTION: An infrared ray output from an infrared heater 19 through an opening 17a, and an infrared ray reflected by an inner peripheral surface of an integral tube 17 and output from the opening 17a, are emitted to irradiate a surface of a food product for forming a burnt mark.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】作業者の熟練度が低い場合であっても、食品の表面に所望の炙り度合いの焼き目を入れる。焼き目を入れる際に、熱源の匂いが付くのを防止し、食品を高品質に保つ。食品の種類に応じて炙り度合いを調整できる。【解決手段】食品の表面に対し、赤外線ヒータ19から開口17aを介して出力される赤外線及び積分管17内周面により反射して開口17aから出力される赤外線を照射して焼き目を形成する。【選択図】図3
