PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food broiling apparatus that can form a burnt mark over the whole outer circumferential surface of food by one-time work, and thereby can promote efficiency of formation work of the burnt mark, and also prevent the food from being changed in the shape and being damaged.SOLUTION: A food broiling apparatus is configured such that the conveyance of food 19 is regulated and rotated by a slope lifted using food rotating means when forming a burnt mark to the food 19 carried into a broiling area, and thereby the burnt mark can be formed on the whole outer circumferential surface, and then the food 17 with the burnt mark formed thereon is locked on a locking part 17 moving with the conveyance to get over the slope and enable carrying out to the downstream side in the conveyance direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】一回の作業により食品の外周面全体に亘って焼き目を形成することができ、焼き目の形成作業を効率化することができると共に食品の形が崩れたり、傷付いたりするのを防止することができる食品炙り装置を提供する。【解決手段】炙り領域に搬入された食品19に焼き目を形成する際に、食品回転手段により持ち上げられた傾斜面により食品19の搬送を規制して回転させることにより外周面全体に焼き目を形成可能にした後に、搬送に伴って移動する係止部17に焼き目が形成された食品17を係止して傾斜面を乗り越えさせて搬送方向下手側へ搬出可能にする。【選択図】図4
