PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquisition device which can acquire clear image information by reducing influence of stray light not contributing to imaging, and to provide a biological information acquisition device and an electronic apparatus using the image acquisition device and biological information acquisition device.SOLUTION: The image acquisition device includes: an imaging part including a light reception element and a light emission part 110 superposed on the imaging part and for illuminating a subject. The light emission part 110 includes: an element substrate 111 as a first substrate having light transmissivity a light emission element 30 arranged on the element substrate 111 a partition wall part 23 as a resin layer defining a light emission area 31b in the light emission element 30 and a translucent part 112 for allowing reflection light from the illuminated subject to penetrate to be guided to the light reception element. The partition wall part 23 contains a resin material having an insulation property and a light absorption member.
