The present invention relates to a composition of cosmetic ingredients for skin whitening and wrinkle amelioration using a Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening and wrinkle amelioration, a composition of cosmetic ingredients for skin whitening and wrinkle amelioration using a Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract for producing the cosmetic composition, and a method for producing the cosmetic composition. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition is produced by the following steps: fermenting medicinal herb ingredients including Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. so as to extract enzyme fumigating the fermented ingredients with a fermented enzyme solution obtained by fermenting an enzyme solution used in the fermentation step drying the same and distilling using a distiller for oriental medicine.
