According to one aspect of an RF receiving coil unit, a phase array coil device including the same, and a magnetic resonance imaging device including the same, a clear image can be obtained when a magnetic resonance image is photographed because the interference of a signal generated by a plurality of cables is reduced. An embodiment of the RF receiving coil unit comprises； a coil element； an amplifier which amplifies a signal received by the coil element and delivers it to a main body； and a rectifying unit which receives a power source and commutates the power source and delivers direct power current to the amplifier.RF 수신 코일 유닛, 이를 포함하는 위상 배열 코일 장치 및 이를 포함하는 자기공명영상장치의 일 측면에 의하면, 복수의 케이블에 의해 발생할 수 있는 신호의 간섭이 줄어들어, 자기공명영상 촬영 시 선명한 영상을 획득할 수 있다.
