The present invention relates to a dermatological composition comprising a combination of Adapalene and benzoyl peroxide which is intended for the treatment of acne in non-Caucasian population with decrease of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, keloid scarring and acne hyperpigmented macules and cystic lesions.La présente invention concerne une composition dermatologique qui comporte une combinaison dadapalène et de peroxyde de benzoyle et qui est destinée au traitement de lacné chez des populations non caucasiennes avec une diminution de lhyperpigmentation post-inflammatoire, de la cicatrisation chéloïde, ainsi que des macules hyper pigmentées dacné et des lésions cystiques.
