PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable mixture containing Anredera cordifolia in the form of an easy intake which can expect an excellent effect of inhibiting the rise in the blood sugar level by mixing other vegetables expectable of a synergetic effect so as to effectively make use of the effect of inhibiting a rise in the blood sugar level by Anredera cordifolia.SOLUTION: The mixing ratio (weight ratio) of Anredera cordifolia, mulberry leaves and Angelica shikokiana in the Anredera cordifolia mixture can be adjusted in the range of 40-60 (preferably 50) Anredera cordifolia, 20-40 (preferably 30) mulberry leaves, and 10-30 (preferably 20) Angelica shikokiana so as for the total amount to come to 100.
