PURPOSE: A mass-producing method of phellodendron amurense seedlings is provided to use a cuttage method to obtain the phellodendron amurense seedlings. CONSTITUTION: A mass-producing method of phellodendron amurense seedlings comprises the following steps: collecting phellodendron amurense grafts having the diameter of 1-4cm, and cutting the grafts into the length of 6-9cm； processing the cut phellodendron amurense with a disinfectant, and drying for 1-2 hours in the shade； surrounding the grafting portion of the dried phellodendron amurense with wet towel, and storing in a vinyl film； spreading wild soil without fertilizer components in a seedling plate, and spreading tiny globular soil over the wild soil； spreading bed soil on the tiny globular soil to obtain a seed bed； cutting the upper side of the phellodendron amurense grafts, and planting the phellodendron amurense on the bed soil in a tilted shape； and maintain the moisture and humidify of the phellodendron amurense grafts using a shade, and supplying water 2-3 times a day.본 발명은 황벽나무 묘목의 대량 생산방법에 관한 것으로, (1) 구경 1 내지 4cm의 황벽나무 수목을 채취하여 길이 6 내지 9cm로 절단한 다음 부패 방지 살균제를 처리하고 1 내지 2시간 동안 음지에서 건조시킨 다음 젖은 수건으로 접수부분을 감싸고 비닐에 보관하는 단계； (2) 비료 성분이 없는 산야토를 묘판에 5cm 두께로 깔고, 그 위에 소구토를 5 내지 7cm 두께로 깐 다음, 그 위에 상토를 5 내지 7cm 두께로 깔아서 묘상을 만드는 단계； (3) 상기 단계 (1)에서 수득한 수목의 상단부를 수목의 수평단면선에 대해 경사지게 절단하고 하단부를 수목의 수평단면선에 대해 평행하게 절단한 수목을 서향으로 20 내지 30도 기울여서 묘상의 상토까지 심는 단계； 및 (4) 상기 단계 (3)에서 심은 수목을 차광막을 이용하여 수분과 습도를 유지시키고 하루에 2 내지 3회 관수하는 단계를 포함하는 본 발명에 방법에 따르면 황벽나무 묘목을 대량으로 생산할 수 있다.
