The adhesive patch according to the present invention has a support body and an adhesive layer layered on the support body. The adhesive layer contains, with respect to the total mass of the adhesive layer, 0.01-0.026 mass% of nonylic acid vanillylamide and 0.85-3 mass% of powdered Phellodendron bark. The mass ratio between the nonylic acid vanillylamide and the powdered Phellodendron bark is 1:42.5 to 1:170. The adhesive patch is unlikely to generate unpleasant odor even after being attached for a long time.
