PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation which can suppress absorption of an oily additive contained in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer into a support film, can stably release a drug for percutaneous absorption, and can maintain stable pressure-sensitive adhesive properties by the use of, as the support film, a support film containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer.SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption preparation includes: a support film containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an oily additive and a drug for percutaneous absorption, formed on one surface of the support film.
