The present invention relates to a method for preparing a drug composition for an oral administration, especially, a soft capsule which is an outer case for taking powdered, granular, pasty, liquid, or microcapsulated drug. The composition contains kappa-carrageenan, iota-carrageenan, gelamil 308, glycerol, and water. Therefore, the present invention provides, as a result of an embodiment of the developed composition, a soft capsule vegetable analogue of pharmaceutical gelatin which can be maintained for a long period of time.
