Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlusskappe für ein Behältnis zur Aufnahme von medizinischen Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere eine BFS-Flasche, die nach einem Blasen-Füllen-Verschließen-Verfahren (Blow-Fill-Seal) hergestellt ist sowie ein BFS-Behältnis mit einer derartigen Verschlusskappe. Die erfindungsgemäße Verschlusskappe (1) weist einen Deckelteil (2) und einen Randteil (3) auf, wobei in dem Deckelteil ein Zuspritzteil (A) angeordnet ist. Der Zuspritzteil (A) weist einen nach außen weisenden Anschlussteil (6) mit einer konischen Ausnehmung (7) zur abdichtenden Aufnahme des Kegelschafts einer nadellosen Injektionsspritze und einen nach innen weisenden Verschlussteil (14) auf, der eine selbstabdichtende Membran (16) zum Verschließen der Ausnehmung (7) des Anschlussteils aufweist. Die selbstabdichtende Membran (16) ist geschlitzt.
