The present application relates to mucoadhesive nanoform microparticles which comprise a biodegradable polymer and on the surface of which a nanostructure is formed. With the microparticles on which a nanostructure is formed according to the present application, the microparticles bring about an increase in bioavailability of therapeutic drugs with drug delivery carriers of which surface stimulation is minimised and the dwell time in the mucosa is long, and thus not only are the effects of drug therapy enhanced and costs reduced due to a lowered drug dose but also convenience for the patient is enhanced.Linvention concerne des microparticules mucoadhésives à nanoforme qui comprennent un polymère biodégradable et sur la surface desquelles une nanostructure formée.
