The present invention relates to a kimchi seedling inoculation system and an inoculation method thereof which can inoculate a large amount of seedlings in a short time by the kimchi seedling inoculation based on a liquid circulation method. The present invention provides a kimchi seedling inoculation system which comprises: a seedling inoculation chamber (100) having an inlet and an outlet for salt water, washing water, and a seedling solution, and having a predetermined content accommodated therein； a salt water chamber (200) for supplying the salt water in which ozone at a predetermined concentration is dissolved to the seedling inoculation chamber (100)； a washing water chamber (300) for supplying the washing water in which ozone at a predetermined concentration is dissolved to the seedling inoculation chamber (100)； a seedling chamber (400) for supplying a seedling solution of a predetermined concentration to the seedling inoculation chamber (100)； an ozone generator for supplying ozone to the salt water chamber (200) and the washing water chamber (300)； and a microbubble generating device connected to the ozone generator and configured to generate microbubbles when injecting ozone gas into the salt water chamber (200) and the washing water chamber (300).본 발명은 액상 순환 방식에 기반한 김치종균접종으로 짧은 시간에 많은 양의 종균을 접종할 수 있는 김치종균접종시스템 및 이의 접종방법에 대한 것으로, 염수, 세척수, 종균액의 유입구 및 배출구를 구비하고, 내부에 소정의 내용물을 내장할 수 있는 종균접종챔버(100) ； 상기 종균접종챔버(100)에 소정 농도의 오존이 용존된 염수를 공급하는 염수챔버(200) ； 상기 종균접종챔버(100)에 소정 농도의 오존이 용존된 세척수를 공급하는 세척수챔버(300) ； 상기 종균접종챔버(100)에 소정 농도의 종균액을 공급하는 종균챔버(400) ； 상기 염수챔버(200) 및 세척수챔버(300)에 오존을 공급하는 오존발생기 ； 상기 오존발생기와 연결되며, 오존 가스를 상기 염수챔버(200) 및 세척수챔버(300)로 주입시 미세기포가 발생되도록 하는 미세기포발생장치를 포함하여 구성되는 김치종균접종시스템을 제시한다.
