PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist supporter allowing natural long-time wearing, and preventing lower back pain by wearing the waist supporter from on clothes and supporting a lumbar from the outside to obtain stability.SOLUTION: This waist supporter includes a belt body 11 integrally formed with a support part 13 supporting the lumbar and belt parts 15a, 15b positioned on both sides of the support part 13 and winding an abdominal part from sides. Both the belt parts 15a, 15b are provided with hook-and-loop fasteners 21a, 21b. In the belt body 11, two elastic front-side cloth 25 and rear-side cloth 27, and core materials disposed between the front-side cloth 25 and the rear-side cloth 27 such that the core materials are along the periphery of the cloths are overlapped and sewn.
