An object of the present invention is to provide an inhibitor having an excellent inhibitory action on p21-activated kinase. The present invention, which has solved the problem, contains, as an active ingredient, one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of a dehydrocavine compound and its derivative, mimosine and its derivative, and a cucurbitacin compound.
