PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent denudation by improving the growing environment of a lawn while sufficiently securing the strength and support force of a lawn protective material.SOLUTION: A lawn protective material 1 is formed by assembling a plurality of upper beams 1y made of resin and a plurality of lower beams 1x made of resin into a parallel cross structure such that the upper ends of the lower beams 1x are lower than the upper ends of the upper beams 1y and that the lower ends of the upper beams 1y are higher than the lower ends of the lower beams 1x. Mutual spaces between the upper beams 1y and mutual spaces between the lower beams 1x are therefore used as spaces for supplying soil S. Moreover, the mutual spaces between the upper beams 1y higher than the upper ends of the lower beams 1x are used as spaces for laying lawn sods L, and the mutual spaces between the lower beams 1x lower than the lower ends of the upper beams 1y are used as spaces allowing the lawn roots to extend in the length direction of the lower beams 1x.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】芝生保護材の強度や支持力を十分に確保しつつ、芝生の生育環境を改善して裸地化を防止する。【解決手段】芝生保護材1は、複数本の樹脂製の上桁1yと複数本の樹脂製の下桁1xとを、上桁1yの上端に対して下桁1xの上端が低くなり且つ下桁1xの下端に対して上桁1yの下端が高くなるように、井桁構造に組んでなる。そのため、上桁1yの相互間及び下桁1xの相互間は土Sを投入する空間となる。また、その中でも、下桁1xの上端よりも高い上桁1yの相互間は芝ソッドLを敷く空間となり、上桁1yの下端よりも低い下桁1xの相互間は芝の根が下桁1xの長さ方向に伸長できる空間となる。【選択図】 図1
