According to the present invention, the foot drying device comprises: a base member a thermoelectric device installed on the upper surface of the base member and generating heat corresponding to power application a heat radiating plate coupled to the upper surface of the thermoelectric device to transfer the heat supplied from the upper surface to the periphery and a contact pad installed on the upper surface of the thermoelectric device and transferring the heat supplied from the upper surface to the soles of the feet. Accordingly, provided is a direction heating type foot driving device directly to heat and dry the water on the foot by the heat generated from the thermoelectric device.발 건조 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 발 건조 장치는 물기가 젖은 발을 올려놓고 전원버튼을 켜는것에 의해 발의 물기를 제거가능하도록 한 발 건조 장치로서, 베이스부재, 상기 베이스부재의 상면에 설치되고 전원인가에 대응되게 열이 발생하도록 구비되는 열전소자, 상기 열전소자의 상면에 결합되어 상면으로부터의 열을 주변에 전달하는 방열판 및 상기 방열판의 상면에 설치되고 상기 상면으로부터의 열을 발바닥으로 전달하는 접촉 패드를 포함한다. 따라서, 상술한 본 발명에 따르면, 열전소자에서 발생된 열로 직접적으로 가열하여 발의 물기를 건조시키는 직접 가열식 발 건조 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
