PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine delivery support apparatus 20 capable of properly recording images in a proper quantity.SOLUTION: The medicine delivery support apparatus 20 includes: color image pickup devices 21, 22 for sequentially imaging the upper surface of a medicine delivery counter 26 an image processing device 30 for selecting an image (36) to be recorded from the picked-up images 41, 42 and a recorder 25 for recording the selected image. The image processing device 30 includes: a first selecting means 35 for selecting images as time elapses a means 32 for detecting color bit codes 10a, 10b from the picked-up image 41 to read code values and code positions a means 31 for checking whether or not the code values are related to a medicine to be delivered and determining the presence or absence of a delivering action based on a change in color code positions and a second selecting means 33 for selecting an image in determination of delivery.
