The present invention provides a safety transfusion needle device, which comprises a transfusion set, a needle head device, an actuation main body part and a protective sleeve. The actuation main body part comprises a fixed U-shaped part, a movable U-shaped part, a soft film hinge part and a port. The two U-shaped parts are connected with each other by the soft film hinge part, and a strong V-shaped elastic body connected at the two ends of the port will provide sufficient resilience force for the relative folding and overturning of the two U-shaped parts. Further, by the connection of a socket part at the end of the movable U-shaped part and an inserting part at the front end of the protective sleeve, the protective sleeve is poked toward the needle head before the needle is discarded, such that a strong elastic force is created by the abutting the soft film hinge part against the V-shaped elastic body to enable the movable U-shaped part (protective sleeve) to fold and bend toward the fixed U-shaped part and make the protective sleeve automatically lock the needle head.
