The present invention relates to a device for surgery, including a rotatable shaft and a hollow insertion pipe. The shaft includes at least one optical marker positioned thereon. The insertion pipe is subjected to be inserted into a body of a patient, and is disposed around the shaft along the same axis with the shaft.
