The present invention relates to a method for providing information for diagnosing laryngopharyngeal reflux and a method for preparing sample therefor, comprising the steps of: i) preparing a sample by a pre-saliva collection method； and ii) measuring pepsin content in the sample. The method for diagnosing laryngopharyngeal reflux of the present invention maximizes a concentration of pepsin in the collected saliva by controlling time and method of collecting the saliva to enable sensitive and selective detection.본 발명은 i) 전타액 수집법에 의해 시료를 준비하고, ii) 상기 시료 중의 펩신 함량을 측정하는, 역류성 인후두염 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법 및 이를 위한 시료 준비 방법에 관한 것이다.
