The present invention relates to a method for intactly storing live persimmon leaves for a long time. A component contained in live persimmon leaves and exhibiting acerbity detoxifies bacteria, has functions in performing a diuretic action, relieving a hangover, preventing a cold, and treating hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and scurvy, and has a twenty times higher content of vitamin C than a melon, so the component is used in alleviating fatigue, relieving stress, and performing sedation. However, live persimmon leaves have not been conventionally able to be intactly stored, and dried or bleached persimmon leaves having destroyed nutrients and reduced effects could not help being used as an alternative. To solve such a problem, the present invention provides a method for intactly storing live persimmon leaves for a long time. According to the present invention, large and strong persimmon leaves are extracted from buds of a persimmon tree to which chemicals are not applied, before an unripe persimmon is aged. The extracted persimmon leaves are dipped in pre-produced elvan water for 12 hours and is re-taken out so as to remove moisture therefrom. Then, 100 to 200 sheets of the persimmon leaves are firstly added in a transparent pack, are secondly added in a black envelop so as to prevent decoloration, and are refrigerated at -10 to -20°C.
