PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester in which only the main harvest part of crops is steadily separated, even when a standing crop adopts a falling position, and the efficiency of harvest work can be improved by suppressing the occurrence of dust.SOLUTION: A post-processing unit comprises a separation unit for separating a main harvest part of crops pre-processed by a pre-processing unit. Also, the separation unit comprises: a cylindrical rotating body rotatably operated around an axis line extending in the lateral direction a large number of separately acting pieces projectingly provided in a circumferential section of the rotating body outwardly, and separately acting on the main harvest part of crops while integrally rotating with the rotating body and a guide cover body for covering the rotating body from just before the rotating body to the direct upper part and guiding the separated main harvest part in the conveyance direction. Multiple taking-in openings for taking the main harvest part of crops in the rotary body side are formed on a portion facing the pre-processing unit of the guide cover body at intervals in the lateral direction.
